Working in Infosys is just a dream come true. if truly said I don't want to become an engineer or work in IT Sector from start. But when I got opportunity I joined Infosys for fun i thought lets see how IT sector Work. I joined #infy while there was Lockdown everywhere. 3 month training was fun. Everybody said #infy Training is tough. Its kind of true and as you know if you didn't pass #infy training. You have to go home. After clearing #infy training. I was just so much excited to join after 6 days I got mapped into project. But after 2 days I got released from that project for XYZ reasons. I was shocked. But later I joined new project #Singtel My designation in this project was network engineer. I still remember My manager called me at night and said you have to do Work from office even there is lockdown. I was shocked how, why? I was in Amritsar at that time. when manager said come to Pune for WFO. I was angry but also kind of happy because I was going to get office experience. I still remember my first day. I went to office. Meeting everyone was not fun for me. there were 2 reason First one is I am from north(Amritsar) and suddenly moving to Pune in different culture and Different language was not easy for me (I travel earlier south side but permanently living here was different for me) 2nd one I am introvert, Suddenly meeting everyone and start talking with them was also difficult for me. It took more than 6 months to start talking with everyone, laughing, enjoying with them. Now about project. Best thing was in this project. I got to learn how to talk to different people in English. Customer I was handling were not Indian. so it was tough at start but later it became easy. Customer I was handling they were from Singapore, Malaysia. It helped me a lot with my English speaking skills and how to handle customers. As networking was new for me. I had to learn networking and it was great. I made few friends in Singapore also. They always say to me come to Singapore. I always say to them one day I will. It was fun. I learned a lot from #infosys and from project #SingTel. It was great experience. At end The day came when I have to leave #infy. I didn't want to leave at that time But I have to. I still Miss my friends from #infy. If you ask my personal opinion about #infosys. Join #infosys. You will learn a lot. Infosys is ocean if you want to learn dive in. But from my point of view. Infosys is not for Freshers. Infosys is like Retirement plan get a retirement plan(Job) #infy after 30 or 40 and spent whole life. Because work pressure is less in #infosys. Job security. Salary is good for experienced employees. Not for freshers. That's My #Infy experience

Everytime when i go to restaurant. One question that pop's up in my mind is: When we eat at home we eat like we will not get food again. Sometimes with both hands or sometimes like we didn't eaten anything from last 2 days 🤣 And When we go to restaurant we use spoons. To show everybody that we are gentleman Why this much difference?. I think answer is either show off or at that time we try to be someone ( Aborad people) else which we are not

When I was child everybody said study now and enjoy in future when I got young everybody said study now and enjoy in future Now I completed degree and doing job but still have to study. Truth is In IT sector you have to keep studying and keep on learn new things. if you don't want to study or learn new things then IT is not for you that is a bitter truth.

First day at ConnectWise was awesome. Understanding there policies and seeing friendly nature of everyone was a one of the best thing i felt. Now I hope I will have more fun in the connectwise. Currently in Connectwise everything is WFH. As in infosys i was doing WFO. Now suddenly WFH it is new for me and little bit uncomfortable. But this is going to be so much fun So let's begin new carrier with connectwise

Its been a sweet and beautiful small journey with #Infosys. Its time I have to move on and its not easy but to grow i have to. Most difficult part is leaving #buddies from #infosys. Joining infosys than getting trained after that joining project its took to time to build bond with everybody. Now once and strong bond is build i am Leaving. Its heartbreaking. But its time thankyou so much to everyone. The list is long. But i will mention few @ashwamedh@aditya @varsha@sakshi@mansi@pranil Its been great pleasure working with you all. I am sharing my experience. When i was in college. I thought coding is everything you have to learn coding to get in to IT sector, to grow in IT sector. If you dont know coding you don't have future in IT sector. But i was wrong. I agree coding is just phenomenon and if you want to pursue coding do that. There is so much scope in coding. But not everybody want to get in coding. So for them there are different fields available where you can have brilliant future. You can choose from different fields (networking, data science, security field, editing, management) and have a wonderful future. When i was in Infosys. I was a network engineer. There was a 14 members in my team. There was a girl after 12th she pursued a diploma and after diploma she has given interview in infosys and she got job and she was working with us in networking. I was shoked at first time because we all have done degrees learned basics of coding then we joined infy. But she has done diploma and joined infy . That was just intelligent When i was in college i never thought that this is possible but after seeing her i thought wow she is so much inteligent. While working in Infosys she was also pursuing Graduation. Summary. I just want to say that there are other fields available where you can have wonderful future. Joining IT sector and learning is my greatest experience

I heard moving on is hard. I think thats correct. When i was in college. Everytime someone asked me what you want to do after college. I always say i want to join infosys. #infosys is a dream company for me and I achieved it. But to grow we have to keep moving and it is hard. 7 days left and everyday passing by getting hard and hard for me to leave #infy and my friends
