Certification

In IT sector I felt that certification is more important than Knowledge.

Even you know all the concepts but you don't have certification people will think you are not right person for this job. Thats downside of IT.

I think knowledge is more important than certificate.

Certification also has there benifits. But giving certification more priority than knowledge thats not right.
